At the 2016 Jury Verdict Reporter Trial Excellence Awards Ceremony, attorneys Gary R. Eiten and William P. Hintz of the law firm Herbolsheimer, Duncan, Eiten and Hintz, P.C., received awards for Outstanding Defense Verdict in an Automobile Case. Mr. Eiten and Mr. Hintz were recognized for their successful representation of the defendant in a Kendall County wrongful death case tried in May 2015, Vantreese v.
